Lantana , our newest model home, is a little over 1700 square feet. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage house. The lot it' s on is over an acre. The Lantana has a gazebo front porch and features: granite countertops in the kitchen, both baths, and kitchen island, custom cabinets, walk-in closets in all bedrooms, and a utility/mud room.
