Below are the floor plans* that we have designed to build on the lots at both Sunflower Meadows and Primrose Meadows. Floor Plan Elevations are shown with James Hardie siding. Homes can be built with brick exteriors for an additional charge.

The price includes a 1 acre lot. The price may vary if a larger lot is selected.**

We will make minor modifications to the floor plans below for no additional charge. These plans can also be modified or new ones can be drawn to accommodate Universal Design concepts (wider halls, doorways, and turn around space at sinks tubs, etc..). We can work with you to design a floor plan to fit your family's lifestyle. Or if you find a floor plan on the web or in a book that you would like to have built, we can do that also. We will build on your lot or ours.
